Color and Appearance

Reward does not publish a written description for Fayette, so we recommend seeing it in person in our showroom or at home before you decide. Because it is real wood, every plank is different.

Construction

Engineered construction pairs a real hardwood wear layer with a cross-layered core. It moves less than solid wood through Southern California’s dry Santa Ana winds and seasonal humidity changes. The 3mm top layer leaves material for future sanding and refinishing.

Installation

Our crews check your subfloor for moisture and flatness, acclimate the flooring, and install it to Reward’s published instructions. Learn more about our hardwood flooring installation.

Care

• Sweep or vacuum (hard-floor setting) regularly to remove grit.

• Use felt pads under furniture and mats at entries.
• Keep indoor humidity steady to limit seasonal gaps.

Warranty Summary

Reward lists a lifetime structural warranty, plus a 25-year residential and 3-year light commercial finish warranty. Read the full terms on Reward’s warranty page.
