About this floor
Oasis Carmel Star Yacht
Overview
From Oasis Wood Flooring’s Carmel line, Star Yacht is a European oak engineered hardwood. Oasis groups Carmel under its wire-brushed oak collections, a textured oak look for everyday living spaces. Details: surface: wire-brushed. Each plank measures 7-1/2″ wide and 9/16″ thick, in random lengths up to 6′. Installation: float, nail down, glue. Coverage is 23.31 sq ft per box. Manufacturer item number: CM27C. Call for pricing and availability, or request a free in-home estimate.
Color and Appearance
Oasis does not publish a written description for Star Yacht, so we recommend seeing it in person in our showroom or at home before you decide. Because it is real wood, every plank is different.
Construction
Engineered construction pairs a real hardwood wear layer with a cross-layered core. It moves less than solid wood through Southern California’s dry Santa Ana winds and seasonal humidity changes. The top layer can be screened and recoated to refresh the finish.
