Color and Appearance

Johnson lists Cumulus as a medium color tone with medium color variation between planks, and a registered embossing surface. Registered embossing means the texture follows the printed grain, so knots and grain lines feel real, not just look real. Johnson does not publish a written color description, so we recommend seeing it in person in our showroom or at home before you decide.

Construction

SPC (stone-polymer composite) cores are very dense, so the planks resist denting and stay flat over minor subfloor imperfections. Johnson markets this series with its WaterShield water-resistant construction. It is a practical choice for kitchens, laundry rooms, rentals and homes with pets.

Installation

Our crews check your subfloor for moisture and flatness and install to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Johnson lists these methods: Unilin Angle-Tap. Learn more about our flooring installation.

Care

Sweep or vacuum (hard-floor setting) regularly.
Damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid steam mops, wax and oil soaps.
Wipe up spills promptly, even on water-resistant floors.
Use felt pads under furniture and avoid rubber-backed mats, which can discolor vinyl.

Warranty Summary

Johnson lists this floor with a Limited Lifetime Residential warranty. Warranty coverage depends on proper installation, care and use, and has exclusions. Read the full terms on Johnson Hardwood’s warranty page.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Johnson Hardwood Skyview Cumulus cost?

We quote Johnson Hardwood flooring by project, because the final price depends on square footage, current distributor pricing and whether you need installation. Call (818) 963-0878 or use the form below for current pricing and availability.

Can I see this floor in person before I buy?

Yes. Call ahead to ask which samples are at our Woodland Hills showroom. We bring flooring samples to your home.

Is it waterproof?

The vinyl planks themselves are not damaged by water, but water can still get under the floor at edges and seams. Check the warranty terms for exact coverage, and ask us about bathrooms and laundry rooms.

Do you install Johnson Hardwood flooring?

Yes. Our installers handle subfloor checks, acclimation, installation, trim and transitions.

Printed and embossed floors repeat their visuals across planks, and colors can differ between production runs; screens and lighting change how a floor looks. Please contact us or visit our Woodland Hills showroom to see it in person before ordering.
