Why Choose It

SPC (stone-polymer composite) vinyl is waterproof, very dent-resistant and stays flat over small subfloor imperfections, which makes it a practical choice for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, rentals and homes with pets.

Color and Appearance

Artisan does not publish a written description for Cottonwood, so we recommend seeing a sample before you choose.

Installation

Our crews check your subfloor for flatness and moisture and install to Artisan’s instructions (floating). Learn more about our flooring installation.

See It in Person

Visit our showroom at 21030 Victory Blvd, Woodland Hills (Mon–Wed & Fri 10–6, Thu 10–4, Sat 10–5, Sun closed), or request a free in-home estimate and we’ll bring samples to you.

Care

Sweep or vacuum (hard-floor setting) regularly.
Damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid steam mops, wax and oil soaps.
Use felt pads under furniture and avoid rubber-backed mats.

Warranty Summary

Artisan Hardwood lists 25-Year Residential. Coverage depends on proper installation, care and use.
