Color and Appearance

D&M does not publish a written description for Delano, so we recommend seeing it in person in our showroom or at home before you decide. Because it is real wood, every plank is different.

Construction

Engineered construction pairs a real hardwood wear layer with a cross-layered core. It moves less than solid wood through Southern California’s dry Santa Ana winds and seasonal humidity changes. The 4mm top layer leaves material for future sanding and refinishing.

Installation

Our crews check your subfloor for moisture and flatness, acclimate the flooring, and install it to D&M’s published instructions. Learn more about our hardwood flooring installation.

Delivery and Pickup

D&M flooring is ordered through the distributor. Call to confirm current availability and lead time, and ask about delivery to your home or job site, or pickup from our store.

See It in Person

Visit our showroom at 21030 Victory Blvd, Woodland Hills (Mon–Wed & Fri 10–6, Thu 10–4, Sat 10–5, Sun closed), or request a free in-home estimate and we’ll bring samples to you.

Care

Sweep or vacuum (hard-floor setting) regularly to remove grit.
Clean with a barely damp mop and a cleaner made for finished wood floors. Never wet-mop or steam.
Use felt pads under furniture and mats at entries.
Keep indoor humidity steady to limit seasonal gaps.

Warranty Summary

D&M lists a 50-year residential limited finish warranty, a 3-year commercial limited finish warranty and a lifetime structural warranty. Coverage depends on proper installation, care and use. Read the full terms on D&M’s warranty page.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does D&M Artisan Home Delano cost?

We quote D&M flooring by project, because the final price depends on square footage, current distributor pricing and whether you need installation. Call (818) 963-0878 or use the form below for current pricing and availability.

Can I see this floor in person before I buy?

Yes. Ask us to set aside a sample at our Woodland Hills showroom, or request a free in-home estimate and we will bring samples so you can see the color in your own light.

Can it go over concrete?

Engineered hardwood can usually be glued down or floated over a dry, flat slab after a moisture test. We check your subfloor during the estimate and follow D&M’s installation guidelines.

Do you install D&M flooring?

Yes. Our installers handle subfloor checks, moisture testing, acclimation, installation and finishing details.

Wood is a natural material. Color, grain and character vary from board to board, and screens and lighting change how a floor looks. Please contact us or visit our Woodland Hills showroom to see it in person before ordering.
