Urban Floor Timbertop Signature St. Moritz

Overview

Urban Floor Timbertop Signature St. Moritz brings Urban Floor’s Timbertop look to your home as engineered hardwood. Each European Oak plank is 15 3/4″ wide, up to 13′ long, 7/8″ thick, with a 6 mm wear layer. On the spec sheet: a matte sheen, high color variation and micro-bevelled edges. It uses a tongue-and-groove profile. Urban Floor rates it for medium foot traffic, so it suits dining rooms, hallways and living areas. It comes with a 35-year finish warranty from Urban Floor. Coverage is 34.44 sq ft per box. See Signature St. Moritz at our Woodland Hills showroom, or request pricing and availability.

Color and Appearance

Urban Floor does not publish a written description for Signature St. Moritz, so we recommend seeing it in person in our showroom or at home before you decide. Because it is real wood, every plank is different.

Construction

Engineered construction pairs a real hardwood wear layer with a cross-layered core. It moves less than solid wood through Southern California’s dry Santa Ana winds and seasonal humidity changes. The 6 mm top layer leaves material for future sanding and refinishing.
