Color and Appearance
Montrichard has a wire brushed, softly hand scraped surface and a reactive-stained color treatment, with a ultra-matte finish. Monarch Plank does not publish a written description for this color, so we recommend seeing it in person in our showroom or at home before you decide. Because it is real wood, every plank is different.
Construction
Engineered construction pairs a real hardwood wear layer with a cross-layered core. It moves less than solid wood through Southern California’s dry Santa Ana winds and seasonal humidity changes. The 6 mm top layer leaves material for future sanding and refinishing.
Installation
Our crews check your subfloor for moisture and flatness, acclimate the flooring, and install it to Monarch Plank’s published instructions. Learn more about our hardwood flooring installation.
