Hennessy does not publish a written description for Santos Mahogany, so we recommend seeing a sample in our showroom or at home before you decide. Because it is real wood, every plank is different.

Construction

Engineered construction pairs a real hardwood wear layer with a cross-layered core. It moves less than solid wood through Southern California’s dry Santa Ana winds and seasonal humidity changes. The top layer can be screened and recoated to refresh the finish.

Warranty Summary

Hennessy Wood Floors provides a lifetime limited residential finish warranty: the finish is warranted not to wear through under normal use for the life of the product. It applies to the original purchaser, requires installation to Hennessy’s instructions including a subfloor moisture test, and has other conditions and exclusions.
