Overview

Part of Urban Floor’s Chêne line, Barbera is made as engineered hardwood. Barbera is a versatile neutral with warm undertones and a gentle wire brush that lets the grain show. The European Oak planks are 7.5″ wide, random up to 86″, 1/2″ thick, with a 2 mm wear layer. Its specs include moderate color variation, a wire-brushed surface and micro-bevelled edges. Installation options: float, glue, nail, staple. Urban Floor rates it for high foot traffic, so it suits bedrooms, offices and main living spaces. It comes with a 35-year finish warranty from Urban Floor. Coverage is 27 sq ft per box. Construction

Engineered construction pairs a real hardwood wear layer with a cross-layered core. It moves less than solid wood through Southern California’s dry Santa Ana winds and seasonal humidity changes. The top layer can be screened and recoated to refresh the finish.
