Cheval: the Provence III straight plank
Cheval is a color in Reward Flooring's Provence III collection, which refreshed the Provence line with softer, natural colors and longer boards. This is the straight-plank format, 7-1/2″ wide, for homeowners who want a classic plank layout.
Look and design
Reward grades Cheval rustic and wire-brushes the surface under an ultra-matte sheen, so knots and grain stay visible without shine. Board lengths run from 20″ to 75″, and 62% are full length. Reward doesn't publish a written color description, so look at it in person.
Construction and specs
Cheval is 1/2″ thick with a 2mm European oak wear layer on a hardwood plywood core, finished in UV urethane with aluminum oxide. Item REW1275P3CV. An ultra-matte, brushed floor hides dust and small scratches better than a glossy one.

- Clean with a barely damp mop and a cleaner made for finished wood floors. Never wet-mop or steam.
