Color and Appearance

Johnson lists Mackenzie as a medium color tone with medium color variation between planks, and a embossed surface. Johnson does not publish a written color description, so we recommend seeing it in person in our showroom or at home before you decide.

Construction

Glue-down vinyl is dimensionally stable and very durable under rolling loads. Because it is adhered, subfloor preparation matters: the floor must be flat and smooth or imperfections will show through.

Installation

Our crews check your subfloor for moisture and flatness and install to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Johnson lists these methods: Glue Down. Learn more about our flooring installation.

Care

• Sweep or vacuum (hard-floor setting) regularly.
• Damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid steam mops, wax and oil soaps.
• Wipe up spills promptly, even on water-resistant floors.
• Use felt pads under furniture and avoid rubber-backed mats, which can discolor vinyl.

Warranty Summary

Johnson lists this floor with a Limited Lifetime Residential warranty. Warranty coverage depends on proper installation, care and use, and has exclusions. Read the full terms on Johnson Hardwood’s warranty page.

Yes. Our installers handle subfloor checks, acclimation, installation, trim and transitions.
