Color and Appearance
Johnson lists Posset as a medium color tone with medium color variation between planks, and a registered embossing surface. Registered embossing means the texture follows the printed grain, so knots and grain lines feel real, not just look real. Construction
Modern high-performance laminate combines a high-density fiberboard core with a photographic wood layer and a tough wear surface. Johnson’s WaterShield core is designed to resist surface water better than standard laminate, but it should still be wiped up promptly.
