Comfort Heights is Lions Floor’s water-resistant laminate, built on a high-density core with waxed joints, painted bevels and EIR texture, and rated AC4 for scratch resistance. Details: surface: (EIR) embossed in register; edge: painted bevel. Per our product page, Huntington Gardens is 9 1/4″ wide, 12mm thick, AC4 top layer; lengths of 5′.
