Urban Floor L'artiste by Timbertop Degas

Overview

Part of Urban Floor’s L’artiste by Timbertop line, Degas is made as engineered hardwood. Degas is named for the Impressionist painter and is part of Urban Floor’s L’artiste collection. The European Oak planks are 8.625″ wide, 85% up to 87″ long, 3/4″ thick, with a 6 mm wear layer. Finish details: a matte sheen, low color variation, a wire-brushed surface and micro-bevelled edges. Installation options: glue, nail, staple. Urban Floor rates it for high foot traffic, so it suits bedrooms, offices and main living spaces. Urban Floor backs it with a 50-year finish warranty. Boxes cover 20.84 sq ft each. See Degas at our Woodland Hills showroom, or request pricing and availability.

Color and Appearance

Urban Floor does not publish a written description for Degas, so we recommend seeing it in person in our showroom or at home before you decide. Because it is real wood, every plank is different.

Construction

Engineered construction pairs a real hardwood wear layer with a cross-layered core. It moves less than solid wood through Southern California’s dry Santa Ana winds and seasonal humidity changes. The 6 mm top layer leaves material for future sanding and refinishing.
