SLCC Villa Cassinella

Overview

From SLCC Flooring’s Villa line, Cassinella is a European oak engineered hardwood. Each plank measures 10.25″ wide and 5/8″ thick, with a 4mm top layer, in 84″ random lengths. Details: surface: wire brushed; edge: 4-side rolled bevel. Installation: floating, glue down, nail down. Coverage is 24.63 sq ft per box. Engineered construction puts a real-wood top layer over a cross-layered core, so it moves less than solid wood through Southern California’s dry Santa Ana winds and seasonal humidity. Manufacturer item number: E-VC-OCHE-CS. See Cassinella at our Woodland Hills showroom at 21030 Victory Blvd, or ask us for pricing and availability.

Color and Appearance

SLCC does not publish a written description for Cassinella, so we recommend seeing it in person in our showroom or at home before you decide. Because it is real wood, every plank is different.

Construction

Engineered construction pairs a real hardwood wear layer with a cross-layered core. It moves less than solid wood through Southern California’s dry Santa Ana winds and seasonal humidity changes. The 4mm top layer leaves material for future sanding and refinishing.

Installation

Our crews check your subfloor for moisture and flatness, acclimate the flooring, and install it to SLCC’s published instructions. Learn more about our hardwood flooring installation.
