Overview
From SLCC Flooring’s Westwind Premium line, Luckenbach is an oak engineered hardwood. SLCC describes Westwind Premium as the next step from Westwind: the same coastal mood with a cleaner, more modern finish. It is listed with grade ABCD, surface wire brushed – high variation, finish UV Lacquer, edge micro-beveled, core plywood. Size: 7.5″ wide, 3/8″ thick, 1.5mm top layer; lengths of 84″. Install options: floating, glue down, nail down. Coverage is 34.36 sq ft per box. Manufacturer item number: E-VA-N37.

SLCC does not publish a written description for Luckenbach, so we recommend seeing it in person in our showroom or at home before you decide. Because it is real wood, every plank is different.
Construction
Engineered construction pairs a real hardwood wear layer with a cross-layered core. It moves less than solid wood through Southern California’s dry Santa Ana winds and seasonal humidity changes. The top layer can be screened and recoated to refresh the finish.

Care
- Sweep or vacuum (hard-floor setting) regularly to remove grit.
- Clean with a barely damp mop and a cleaner made for finished wood floors. Never wet-mop or steam.
- Use felt pads under furniture and mats at entries.
- Keep indoor humidity steady to limit seasonal gaps.
