SLCC Pacific Coast Santa Barbara

Overview

SLCC Pacific Coast Santa Barbara is a birch engineered hardwood from SLCC Flooring’s Pacific Coast collection. On our spec table, Santa Barbara is 5″ wide, 1.8mm top layer; lengths of 36″ – 60″. Surface: hand scraped distressed; edge: 4-side rolled bevel. Installation: floating, glue down, nail down. Coverage is 19.68 sq ft per box. Engineered construction puts a real-wood top layer over a cross-layered core, so it moves less than solid wood through Southern California’s dry Santa Ana winds and seasonal humidity. Manufacturer item number: E-VA-N4. See Santa Barbara at our Woodland Hills showroom at 21030 Victory Blvd, or ask us for pricing and availability.

Color and Appearance

SLCC does not publish a written description for Santa Barbara, so we recommend seeing it in person in our showroom or at home before you decide. Because it is real wood, every plank is different.

Construction

Engineered construction pairs a real hardwood wear layer with a cross-layered core. It moves less than solid wood through Southern California’s dry Santa Ana winds and seasonal humidity changes. The top layer can be screened and recoated to refresh the finish.

Installation

Our crews check your subfloor for moisture and flatness, acclimate the flooring, and install it to SLCC’s published instructions. Learn more about our hardwood flooring installation.
