RIVA Spain Arte Pearl Herringbone

Overview

RIVA Spain Arte Pearl Herringbone is an engineered European white oak floor made in Spain by RIVA. It has a 4mm oak top layer over a plywood core, 5/8″ thick overall, with a Bona UV-cured matte lacquer. The boards are 3-1/2″ wide and 21.25″ long, laid in a herringbone pattern.

Color and Grade

Pearl is one of 4 colors in the RIVA Arte collection. RIVA does not publish a written description for each color, so we recommend seeing a sample before you choose. RIVA Arte uses Prime grade oak, selected for a clean, even surface, which keeps the herringbone pattern crisp.

Construction

The 4mm top layer is thick enough to sand and refinish in the future, and the cross-layered plywood core keeps the floor stable through Southern California’s dry Santa Ana winds and seasonal humidity changes.

Installation

RIVA flooring is ordered through the distributor. Call to confirm current availability and lead time, and ask about delivery to your home or job site, or pickup from our store.

Care

• Sweep or vacuum (hard-floor setting) regularly to remove grit.
• Clean with a barely damp mop and a cleaner made for lacquered wood floors. Never wet-mop or steam.
• Use felt pads under furniture and mats at entries.
• Keep indoor humidity steady to limit seasonal gaps.
