Reward Castillo Tulum is an arborea engineered hardwood floor from Reward Flooring’s Castillo collection. It has a 1.2mm real-wood top layer, 3/8″ overall, in 6-1/2″ wide planks in random lengths of 16″ – 48″ (67% full-length boards).

Color and Appearance

Reward does not publish a written description for Tulum, so we recommend seeing a sample in our showroom or at home before you decide. Because it is real wood, every plank is different.

Construction

Engineered construction pairs a real hardwood wear layer with a cross-layered core. It moves less than solid wood through Southern California’s dry Santa Ana winds and seasonal humidity changes. The top layer can be screened and recoated to refresh the finish.

Installation

Care

• Sweep or vacuum (hard-floor setting) regularly to remove grit.
• Clean with a barely damp mop and a cleaner made for finished wood floors. Never wet-mop or steam.
• Use felt pads under furniture and mats at entries.
• Keep indoor humidity steady to limit seasonal gaps.
