Color and Appearance

Hennessy does not publish a written description for Alba 6, so we recommend seeing it in person in our showroom or at home before you decide. Because it is real wood, every plank is different.

Construction

Engineered construction pairs a real hardwood wear layer with a cross-layered core. It moves less than solid wood through Southern California’s dry Santa Ana winds and seasonal humidity changes. The 6mm top layer leaves material for future sanding and refinishing.

Installation

Our crews check your subfloor for moisture and flatness, acclimate the flooring, and install it to Hennessy’s published instructions. Learn more about our hardwood flooring installation.

Delivery and Pickup

Hennessy flooring is ordered through the distributor. Call to confirm current availability and lead time, and ask about delivery to your home or job site, or pickup from our store.

Care

• Sweep or vacuum (hard-floor setting) regularly to remove grit.
• Clean with a barely damp mop and a cleaner made for finished wood floors. Never wet-mop or steam.
• Use felt pads under furniture and mats at entries.
• Keep indoor humidity steady to limit seasonal gaps.

Warranty Summary

Hennessy Wood Floors provides a lifetime limited residential finish warranty: the finish is warranted not to wear through under normal use for the life of the product. It applies to the original purchaser, requires installation to Hennessy’s instructions including a subfloor moisture test, and has other conditions and exclusions. Hennessy honors warranty claims only for floors bought from authorized dealers. Read the full terms on Hennessy’s warranty page.
