From D&M’s Royal Oak Designer Line line, Sandalwood is a European oak engineered hardwood. Plank specs: 7-1/2″ wide, 5/8″ thick, 4mm top layer, random lengths up to 75″. Our team can also plan the subfloor prep and installation details for your rooms. It is listed with grade character, surface wire brushed, finish UV Cured Urethane. Install options: nail/staple with glue assist, glue down, float. Each box covers 23.3 sq ft. Manufacturer item number: DMSR-DL02. Construction
Engineered construction pairs a real hardwood wear layer with a cross-layered core. It moves less than solid wood through Southern California’s dry Santa Ana winds and seasonal humidity changes. The 4mm top layer leaves material for future sanding and refinishing.

Care
- Sweep or vacuum (hard-floor setting) regularly to remove grit.
- Clean with a barely damp mop and a cleaner made for finished wood floors. Never wet-mop or steam.
- Use felt pads under furniture and mats at entries.
- Keep indoor humidity steady to limit seasonal gaps.
