D&M Modern Craftsman Coastal Line Lakeside is a European oak engineered hardwood floor from D&M Flooring’s Modern Craftsman Coastal Line collection. It has a 1.5mm real-wood top layer, 1/2″ overall, in 6″ wide planks in random lengths up to 75″.

D&M does not publish a written description for Lakeside, so we recommend seeing a sample in our showroom or at home before you decide. Because it is real wood, every plank is different.

Construction

Engineered construction pairs a real hardwood wear layer with a cross-layered core. It moves less than solid wood through Southern California’s dry Santa Ana winds and seasonal humidity changes. The top layer can be screened and recoated to refresh the finish.

Installation

• Sweep or vacuum (hard-floor setting) regularly to remove grit.
• Clean with a barely damp mop and a cleaner made for finished wood floors. Never wet-mop or steam.
