Overview
From Lions Floor’s Comfort Heights line, Cliff Cottage is a laminate flooring. Comfort Heights is Lions Floor’s water-resistant laminate, built on a high-density core with waxed joints, painted bevels and EIR texture, and rated AC4 for scratch resistance. It is listed with surface (EIR) embossed in register, edge painted bevel. Per our product page, Cliff Cottage is 9 1/4″ wide, 12mm thick, AC4 top layer; lengths of 5′. Install options: uniclic/floating. Warranty (Lions Floor): residential 50 Years limited; commercial 10 Years limited. Each box covers 19.16 sq ft. Manufacturer item number: LI-CH03.
