Overview
Cottage View is one of the colors in Oasis Wood Flooring’s Old Carmel collection, made as a European oak engineered hardwood. Oasis lists Old Carmel among its wire-brushed oak collections; the brushed surface gives the boards a tactile, textured feel. It is listed with surface wire brushed. Each plank measures 8-3/4″ wide and 9/16″ thick, in random lengths 3.5′-7′. It can be installed by float, nail down, glue. Coverage is 20.84 sq ft per box. Manufacturer item number: OC07C. Construction
Engineered construction pairs a real hardwood wear layer with a cross-layered core. It moves less than solid wood through Southern California’s dry Santa Ana winds and seasonal humidity changes. The top layer can be screened and recoated to refresh the finish.

- Sweep or vacuum (hard-floor setting) regularly to remove grit.
- Clean with a barely damp mop and a cleaner made for finished wood floors. Never wet-mop or steam.
- Use felt pads under furniture and mats at entries.
